The experience was everything my sister who referred me said it would be the only hitch was I understood that the funds I paid on my initial call was for a lock and when my nephew arrived they were charged for a lock again but I will contact the office tomorrow to clear that up
The facility is well lite and units are clean , staff on phones were pleasant and engaging, even when I was telling my dog to sit and be quiet and realized the fellow on the phone would wonder what I meant,
we had a good laugh about it so thank you for the excellent service and will definitely recommend your business to anyone I know needs it!!

We have had a smooth, positive experience with Access Storage so far. We needed to make last minute changes to our booking / unit and Sonia (manager at the Bolton location) was nothing but compassionate, helpful, quick on her toes, and accommodating!
