Great experience from the in-house staff. Appreciate the help with answering my questions team. The locker was cleanly swept when I took possession for the first time. Some annoyances: even though I was paid up on my term I kept getting notices that my account was overdue and that additional payments need to be made. It made for an additional annoyance on top of the noise of trying to move homes. Overall happy with my experience.

Dev at the front counter was a fantastic help! I’ve never used a storage unit before, he was able to answer all my questions super easy like it was a walk in the park
